Famille Mousse Champagne Blanc de Noirs Extra Brut Eugene NV 22BDX drink it by the pitcherThis is the bottling built on Mousse's perpetual reserve, a solera style blend of every vintage back to 2003 that gives a Meunier based Champagne far more depth than a non vintage usually shows. It is 80% Meunier and 20% Pinot Noir from forty year old vines in Cuisles, Jonquery and Chatillon sur Marne, rooted in the green clay over limestone marl that defines this corner of the Vallee de la Marne. Roughly 70% comes from the most recent harvest and 30%
