Use before, during and after competition, ideal for multi day or especially demanding competitions or intense training. May help soothe and relax muscles, and lessen discomfort from stiffness. Apply a medium layer to muscles: Back, neck, shoulders, hindquarters. Cover with film and a cooler, leave on for 60 mins, rinse with warm water.
