V2 ATRA Speed Reducer jr with the binding fulcrum pointThe ATRA (Advanced Training Resistance Aluminum) Speed Reducer has a machined aluminum bearing retainer for the best heat dissipation and strength. The lever actuated system has one neutral and four resistance positions that are easy to engage, whether for increasing resistance or for slowing the skis down when negotiating moderate downhills. Sold in pairs, it mounts to the front of each roller ski. For steep terrain, we recommend the use of a brake.
