Gamay MVB 2021 40mg/L it’s clean100% Beaujolais over here! Sourced from 3 different vineyards with the majority coming from 65 year old vines in Moulin au Vent. Whole cluster fermentation and aged in both oak barrels and clay amphorae. A great acidic backbone in this red that balances out the fruit explosion on the palate.
