Touch Me Skin Contact Verdelho 2024 Domaine de l'Envol this one’s for youA textured skin contact Verdelho from a 20 year old vineyard in Bot River, farmed sustainably on Koffieklip soils. Whole clusters undergo 16 days of carbonic maceration with native yeast in a single old 400L barrel, followed by 11 months of aging in the same barrel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with no added sulfur.
