Philipponnat, Cuvee 1522 Rose Size:6x750ml Model post-disgorgement ageing since 2003Disgorged in March 2019 with 4. 5 grams per liter dosage, the 2008 Extra Brut Ros Premier Cru 1522 may be the finest rendition of this cuve to date. Opening in the glass with aromas of red berries, fresh peach, rose petal and spices including cardamon and cinnamon, it's medium to full bodied, vinous and textural, with excellent concentration and a structured core, girdled by lively acids and concluding with a long and mineral finish.
