Red and white varieties are interplanted throughout the vineyards, reflecting the region's traditional farming practices. The grapes are hand harvested, partially destemmed, and fermented before aging in concrete. Fresh, energetic, and mineral driven, it captures the vibrant character of Bierzo's mountain vineyards.
