Original German / Dutch American Revolutionary War Era Brown Bess Style Socket Bayonet - Circa 1750 Iraq The ship was first namedOriginal Item. Only One Available. This is a fine example of an either German or Dutch socket bayonet in the Brown Bess style, dating to around 1750. There are no existing markings and the construction is rather crude, perfect for this period. It may have been American made for a Brown Bess musket, which they used extensively during the war. The bayonet features a 15 blade and an overall length of 19 5 16. It comes with a small note with some
